2011 ANNUAL NEAFQHR MEETING
February 6, 2011 BREMMER CENTER AURORA, NE
Annual meeting called to order by President Tom Keenan.
Treasurers report read and an audit was done by Todd Heinrichs without incident.
Round up and Review discussed with updates from Deb Adams. Dates: September 9-11, 2011 at the Lancaster Event Center. Motion to donated $500 to the Round up Review passed.
NE Horse Expo will be in March. Stalls reserved by Dick Heinrichs, contact him asap for reservations.

Futurity proposal handed out and discussed. Concern of man power and cost vs profit as well as outside attraction due the declining horse market were all talked about. Proposal died.
New year end awards were carried. RIDER OF THE YEAR, ROOKIE OF THE YEAR, HARD LUCK AWARD will be added next year.
Show improvements and comments: practices, walk trot for all ages and open as well as 2 year old classes will be added for 2011 as show managers decide.
